This scheme is the re-development of the former Cumberland Hotel and Victoria Hall community facility in Central Harrow. The site is located on St Johns Road a two-minute walk from the high street and Harrow on the Hill Station. Origin acquired the site and obtained planning permission to deliver a 121 unit development in 2015, after which we worked in partnership with Trustees of Victoria Hall to submit a revised application to deliver 204 units and a new community facility. Planning permission was granted (subject to s.106) in December 2017. The scheme will deliver 40% affordable housing. Origin entered into a Joint Venture contract with Hill Residential to deliver the scheme on 28 March 2018. Hill Partnerships are the appointed Build Contractor.

We were commissioned to complete wall and floor tiling to bathrooms, ensuites and living spaces in 204 Units. Additionally we manufactured and fitted Caesarstone 20mm Snow White worktops from our Epping based factory.
